JA Marketplace – Trade Fair

During the event, teams will set up and manage their own marketplace stand while engaging directly with customers, stakeholders, partners, and the general public. Participants will apply the sales, communication, branding, teamwork, and customer engagement skills developed throughout the programme while experiencing the fast-paced nature of real business operations and public sales environments.

The event is designed to challenge teams to think commercially, operate professionally, adapt to customer behaviour, and strengthen their confidence in representing and growing their mini-company.

This is an event open to the General Public.
