Deloitte has renewed its partnership with JA Malta (formerly Young Enterprise), for another three years, as the main sponsor of the Company Programme.
The partnership will help fund JA Malta’s flagship programme, the Company Programme, which teaches youths aged 15-18, hands-on entrepreneurship skills, through the running of a mini-company for an academic year, under expert mentorship and guidance.
Each year, top-performing JA student companies compete at the JA Malta Finals, where prestigious awards are up for grabs.
One such award is Deloitte’s sponsored “Best Business Plan Award”, which recognises the team with the most cohesive business plan, an integral component of any business.
Deloitte takes in students to shadow key executives over the course of a work day, through JA Malta’s Leaders for a Day initiative, on a yearly basis, and also employs JA Malta Alumni as interns during the summer months, boosting JA Malta’s Work Readiness drive.
JA Malta appreciates Deloitte’s continued support, and looks forward to furthering this fruitful synergy.
