Sustainable Financial Literacy
If your work addresses gaps in both financial and sustainability literacy, we want to hear from you. The hype and backlash surrounding ESG stem from varying expectations about its
definition, potential, and future. This gap in understanding exists because
there’s been too little effort to explain these terms clearly. Sustainable Finance Literacy can bridge this gap.
Best Entrepreneurship Education
If your work is nurturing future entrepreneurs, we want to hear from you. Financial literacy often focuses on budgeting, saving, and investing, but its relationship with entrepreneurship is crucial. We aim for entrepreneurs to grasp financial basics, as widespread business startups can create global financial opportunities.
Closing the Gender Gap
We want to hear from those focused on increasing financial inclusion for women and girls. Globally, only 47% of women have access to formal financial institutions, compared to 55% of men, and women generally have lower financial literacy scores and invest less. This issue requires urgent attention, so we have specific scoring criteria for projects addressing it in each award category. However, if this is not your main focus, you may find another category more suitable.
