As a Entrepreneurship Programmes Lead, you will take ownership of exciting projects and events designed to engage and empower young people. You’ll ensure seamless execution while constantly innovating to enhance participants’ experiences.
💡 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, manage, and execute hands-on workshops, innovation challenges, bootcamps, mini-conferences, and the famous Young Enterprise Company Programme and JA Startup Programme.
✅ Engage with schools, students, mentors, and volunteers to create a positive and impactful experience.
✅ Deliver JA programmes in classrooms, inspiring students through interactive learning.
✅ Explore new event formats and international best practices to enrich youth experiences.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to attract students, mentors, volunteers, and partners.
✅ Provide guidance and training to mentors, volunteers, interns, and team members.
✅ Support day-to-day operations and general administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (both in Maltese & English).
✔ Innovative and self-motivated, with a flexible approach to work.
✔ A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
✔ Event coordination experience and strong relationship management skills.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
✨ A passion for entrepreneurship, financial literacy, or employability.
🎤 Public speaking skills and confidence in leading sessions.
📅 Experience in organising events and managing logistics.
🤝 Ability to adapt to different stakeholders and environments.
🚗 A valid driving license
🏅 Previous participation in JA programmes and ESP certification.
🕒 Flexibility is key! Some events may take place in the evenings or on Saturdays.
