On 27 April, our Company Programme students had the opportunity to take part in the Leaders for a Day component of the Programme.
The students spent the morning with a number of senior leaders from different companies and got to learn more about the day-to-day operation of these businesses.
We then spent the afternoon at The Malta Chamber for a question-and-answer session, as well as an open discussion between the students and all the leaders. We closed off the day with a Work-Readiness workshop by Deloitte Malta.
